DIAMOND SPONSOR: $2,500 (1 available) (Not applicable for in-kind sponsorships)  

• This premiere sponsorship gives you the opportunity to be THE featured Springfield business sponsor of the festival.  
• Our Diamond Sponsor will be recognized as the “Festival Sponsor”. At this level your company logo will be advertised on all printed and digital media, your company name and logo will be featured on the entrance banner as the festival sponsor  and will be mentioned by name multiple times during the event from our stage.  
• Space for your event tent and promotional materials in a highly visible area in our vendor area.
• We will include your name and logo in the event details as a sponsor in all event descriptions (Facebook, Instagram, online ticket sales platform, etc).
•  Additionally, if you have a banner or other physical marketing material we would love to display them around the parklet and beer garden at the event. Physical displays should be reasonably sized but we are flexible to options. 
• As a diamond sponsor you will receive 6 “Golden Tickets” that will include food and drinks during the event (more than $450 value),  6 event t-shirts which will feature your logo as the festival sponsor, as well as additional swag TBA..
• This is an exclusive sponsorship and will only go to one local Springfield business.

PLATINUM SPONSOR: $1,500 (2 available)  

• This level will be exclusive sponsors of the stage and music tent area.
• We will have your business logo as a highlighted banner surrounding entrances and our stage, as well as included on all printed and digital media. 
• We will include your name and logo in the event details as a sponsor in all event descriptions (Facebook, Instagram,Online ticketing platform, etc). Additionally, if you have a banner or other physical marketing material we would love to display them around the parklet and beer garden at the event. Physical displays should be reasonably sized but we are flexible to options. 
•  As a platinum sponsor you will receive 4 “Golden Tickets” that will include food and drinks during the event (more than $300 value),  4 event t-shirts which will feature your logo, as well as additional swag TBA

GOLD SPONSOR: $500

• At this level we will include your name and logo in the event details as a sponsor in all event descriptions (Facebook, Instagram, etc ) as well as all digital and printed media.   Additionally, if you have a banner or other physical marketing material we would love to display them around the parklet and beer garden at the event. Physical displays should be reasonably sized but we are flexible to options. 
• As a gold sponsor you will receive 2 “Golden Tickets” which will include entry to the event,  food, and drinks during the event, 2 event t-shirts, and additional swag TBA.

SILVER SPONSOR: $200

• At this level we will include your logo on all digital media event descriptions (Facebook, our website, Instagram, Eventbrite, etc) and allow space for you to display physical marketing of your business (reasonably sized). 
• As a silver sponsor you will receive 2 tickets for admission to the event and additional swag TBA.

Vendor Opportunity: $25 per booth space

• Limited vendor spaces available. Reserve your 10’x10’ vendor space. Set up will begin at 1pm. Vendors are invited to stay until 11pm. Past event info

We have had hundreds of people join us in past years and expect even more this coming year as the event continues to grow.  We expect to see both returning and many new faces at this year’s event. We want to provide an awesome, music filled experience to our community and friends. Please join us in partnership to deliver an incredible experience to our beloved Springfield area.
